Return Policy for Physical Goods:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@homeservicestraining.com or (214) 628-7965. Provide your order number, receipt, and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection and Refund: After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
