Return Policy for Physical Goods:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@homeservicestraining.com or (214) 628-7965. Provide your order number, receipt, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Inspection and Refund: After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
